Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts Act, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without stating a reason. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

Extended return policy — 30 days

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Flexitrener offers a voluntary 30-day return policy from receipt of the item, giving you plenty of time to try the product. Here too, the customer pays the return shipping costs.

Return conditions

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, preferably in the original packaging.
• Signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may affect the refund amount.
• Always provide the order number when returning an item.
• The return is made at the customer's own expense and risk – always keep the shipping receipt.

How to return an item

1. Contact us at support@flexitrener.com and state the order number and reason for the return.
2. We will confirm the return and send you instructions.
3. Send the item to the address below – you pay the shipping costs.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase, normally within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Return shipping is not refunded.
