From an idea in 2025 to thousands of home workouts

It all started with a question: why should exercise be complicated? In 2025, we created Flexitrener to help people get started at home - simply and quickly.

Our resistance band with 6 elastic bands and foot pedals gives you a complete 10-minute workout. Each package includes a free training program.
