2. The agreement

The agreement is considered concluded when Flexitrener has confirmed your order by email.


3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown excluding Swedish/Norwegian value-added tax (VAT), as the goods are shipped directly from a supplier outside the EU and you as the customer are the importer of the goods - see section 5 “Taxes, customs, and import responsibility” for full information. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout when placing the order.


4. Delivery

The normal delivery time is 6–10 business days. See the separate Delivery terms for details about shipping and tracking.


5. Taxes, customs, and import responsibility

Flexitrener sells the products without adding Swedish or Norwegian VAT, as the goods are shipped directly from a supplier outside the EU. When making a purchase, you as the customer are the legal importer of the goods, and you are personally responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, and other charges that may arise upon importation into Sweden or Norway.

We are not responsible for any such additional costs, and they are not included in the price shown on our website.

By completing a purchase from Flexitrener, you confirm that you accept and understand that:

  • You are the recipient and importer of the product.
  • You may be invoiced by the carrier for import VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees.
  • We recommend checking the applicable customs and tax regulations with the Norwegian Customs Authority (Norway) or the Swedish Customs Service (Sweden) before placing your order.


6. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as well as a voluntary extended 30-day return period. See the separate Cancel your purchase and Return and refund policy pages for full information.


7. Complaints and warranty

If the product is defective or not as described, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation (the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act / the Swedish Consumer Sales Act). Contact us at support@flexitrener.com.


8. Limitation of liability

Flexitrener is not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).


9. Disputes and governing law

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. To the extent that mandatory consumer protection legislation does not provide otherwise, Swedish law shall apply.


10. Discount codes and campaigns

Discount codes must be entered before the order is completed and unfortunately cannot be added or deducted after the purchase has been completed.

For technical reasons, we are unable to register discount codes retroactively or refund the difference if a discount code was not used at the time of purchase.

We therefore recommend checking that the discount code has been registered before completing payment.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or campaigns unless otherwise stated.
