Undo your purchase

Under the Consumer Cancellation Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, click the cancellation button (further down the page) and fill out the form, or use the email button below. Once we have received your request, we will confirm it by email.

Important information

For us to process your request, you need to provide your order number.

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, it may in some cases be stopped directly.
  • If your order has already been shipped, your right of cancellation still applies, but the item must then be returned in accordance with our return terms.
  • The right of cancellation applies for 14 days from the day you received the item, not from the order date.
